Key Responsibilities

•Own the architecture and administration of core enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
•Build automations and API integrations using Python and Terraform to enable zero-touch onboarding and offboarding.
•Implement and maintain identity and access management using SSO connections, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC across SaaS tools.
•Develop AI-assisted workflows and tooling to speed IT operations, cross-platform troubleshooting, and scripting.

•Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (such as WRITER, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot) for IT documentation, scripting, troubleshooting, and operations.
•Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
