Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales-floor visual standards and strong stockroom standards
  • •Assist with reporting and planning by leveraging metrics, budgets, and expenses to support store-driving strategies
