Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently review, draft, populate, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., MSAs, NDAs, statements of work, amendments, order forms, vendor and supplier agreements).
  • •Manage contract matters from intake through execution with internal stakeholders, counterparties, and attorneys to complete agreements efficiently.
  • •Serve as a trusted resource for contracting processes, vendor/supplier matters, and routine legal questions for business teams.
  • •Identify contractual issues and deviations, resolve routine items within established guidelines, and escalate legal or business risks requiring attorney review.
  • •Own legal workflows and processes (templates, playbooks, procedures, and technology/CLM workflows) and help implement scalable contracting processes and improvements.
