Key Responsibilities

•Plan, design, and ship end-to-end features in a small, highly collaborative team.
•Direct AI tools to solve product problems and improve user experience in production systems.
•Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from planning to deployment and monitoring.
•Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product to deliver revenue-generating capabilities.
•Evaluate and integrate AI tooling and infrastructure to improve efficiency and results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 130,000 annually

•Strong product thinking and ability to ask the right questions before building
