Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by preparing a calm, orderly learning environment and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Observe children closely to meet their needs, and build warm, respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with Lead Guides and the team. This role helps children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning, with fully sponsored Montessori diploma training and professional mentorship.
