Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Reliability Engineers with module testing and module qualification activities in the Reliability Lab and Field/Outdoor Test operations.
  • •Run intermediate data analysis using statistical methods and prepare intermediate summary reports for reliability investigations and test metrics.
  • •Troubleshoot day-to-day reliability test equipment issues and communicate abnormal findings immediately.
  • •Ensure reliability tests are completed per schedule, including sample acquiring, testing, and data entry.
  • •Maintain calibration and metrology records, develop/update internal documentation, and assist with worldwide equipment/test method replication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.37 - 32.69 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred) with at least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or lab environment, or an Associate Degree with at least 4 years’ experience.
  • •Calibration/testing/measurement experience.
  • •Intermediate to advanced ability to perform data analysis using JMP and SQL.
  • •Experience identifying durability/stability and equipment defects and performing failure analysis with minimal guidance.
  • •Ability to operate required tools/equipment and work with minimal supervision while following safety procedures.
