Job Summary

Drive Kerry’s foodservice growth by expanding DaVinci Gourmet and Krater across your designated territory in Türkiye, working closely with MENAT and APMEA regional teams. Own sales and budget targets, manage distributor/sub-distributor relationships, execute promotions, provide after-sales service, and support new account penetration. Forecast SKU-level demand, track competitor activity and pricing, and ensure order processing, payment collection, and distributor stock/expiry monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve sales and budget targets within the territory.
•Work with distributors and sub-distributors to expand coverage and improve service to indirect customers.
•Lead and support distributor sales teams to drive volume and distribution growth.
•Execute sales and promotional programs and provide strong after-sales service.
•Monitor orders, payments, distributor stock/expiry dates, and prepare monthly SKU-level forecasts.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of sales experience in foodservice, preferably in the HORECA channel.
•Experience in beverage sales.
•Strong interpersonal and sales skills across customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
•Ability to analyze market trends and develop customer concepts for venues such as Hotels, Cafés, QSRs, and Restaurants.
•Valid driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
