Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a 9-week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification.
  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions aligned to the value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments for periodic financial reviews, and perform cross-selling.
  • •Process teller transactions and support the financial center platform staff; refer customers to business partners and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
