Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead commercial and strategic initiatives in behind-the-meter power markets in partnership with organizational leaders and delivery teams.
  • •Build an internal WSP network of resources across business and global regions to deliver holistic customer solutions.
  • •Represent WSP at conferences and with client teams as a business leader.
  • •Oversee proposal preparation and market capture efforts, validating execution strategies to meet customer goals.
  • •Facilitate commercial term negotiations and coordinate with delivery teams while ensuring ethical decision-making aligned to the Code of Conduct.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • •15+ years of experience in power systems or critical facilities management in power generation and power delivery.
  • •Strong knowledge of power systems, especially behind the meter.
  • •Strong knowledge of key infrastructure markets including data centers, microgrids, electrification, large campuses, ports, and airports.
  • •Proven leadership, team management, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
