Job Summary

Provide comprehensive psychological services to support mission readiness, resilience, and overall well-being. You will conduct psychological evaluations, establish diagnoses, deliver evidence-based treatment for individuals and groups, and produce required evaluation and treatment reports. •Provide psychological support to customer activities and support psychological health and performance.
•Conduct psychological evaluations using clinical interviews, psychological testing, and collateral sources as appropriate.
•Establish psychiatric diagnoses per the DSM and provide psychological treatment to individuals and groups.
•Produce reports of evaluation and/or treatment as required.
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support mission demands and help personnel cope with stress, injury, and illness.

Key Requirements

•Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited college or university.
•Minimum of 2+ years of peer-reviewable clinical practice in a mental health setting.
•Successful completion of an APA-accredited Internship/Residency in psychology.
•Practice within state licensing board guidelines, APA Ethical Principles, and relevant MTF privileges.
•Clearance: must currently possess Top Secret and be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
