Job Summary

Leverage advanced analytics and financial data modeling to deliver actionable insights across 16 markets. Design robust reporting and measurement solutions, build complex SQL models in BigQuery using dbt, and create decision-ready dashboards in Looker or Tableau. Key Responsibilities

•Design internal and external reporting and measurement solutions for financial operations and FinTech initiatives.
•Define metric definitions and measurement frameworks; build and transform large datasets using complex SQL models in BigQuery with dbt.
•Collaborate with senior Finance partners to understand objectives, recommend analytics solutions, and present insights effectively.
•Design and build user-friendly data assets, including dashboards in Looker/Tableau and agentic solutions for root-cause analysis.
•Identify and implement AI-powered analytics and automation (agentic workflows, LLM-assisted insights, prompt-engineered pipelines) and mentor junior analysts to adopt AI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
•5+ years of data analytics experience with strong SQL, Python, data modeling, and data visualization skills.
•3+ years supporting Finance or similar teams, influencing leadership and improving financial operations, reporting, or FinTech decisions with data-backed recommendations.
•Proficiency in advanced SQL (preferably BigQuery or a similar DWH) and experience with Looker or Tableau; familiarity with dbt/Airflow is a plus.
•Experience leading or mentoring analysts, with strong communication and presentation skills to drive high-impact, independent project delivery.
