Produce stakeholder-ready progress reporting, dashboards, and steering committee materials while supporting communication and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and sustain the programme governance framework (reporting cadence, meeting structures, artifacts) and ensure adherence to CDS.
•Ensure consistent use of programme documentation, RAID logs, change controls, and related records.
•Support planning and execution by maintaining the programme/project plan, tracking milestones and timelines, and aligning to the business case.
•Facilitate risk and issue identification/assessment and support mitigation planning while keeping Clarity updated.
•Produce progress reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials, and coordinate programme-wide communication and change readiness activities.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of experience supporting programme/project delivery and governance.
•Develop and sustain programme governance frameworks, including reporting cadence, meeting structures, and artifacts.
•Ensure compliance with Change Delivery Standards (CDS) and support adherence through regular programme reviews.
•Maintain consistent programme documentation (including RAID logs, change controls) and ensure accurate programme data in Clarity and ADO.
•Support planning, risk/issue management, resource management, and programme/project budgeting and financial forecasts.
