Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and sustain the programme governance framework (reporting cadence, meeting structures, artifacts) and ensure adherence to CDS.
  • •Ensure consistent use of programme documentation, RAID logs, change controls, and related records.
  • •Support planning and execution by maintaining the programme/project plan, tracking milestones and timelines, and aligning to the business case.
  • •Facilitate risk and issue identification/assessment and support mitigation planning while keeping Clarity updated.
  • •Produce progress reports, dashboards, and steering committee materials, and coordinate programme-wide communication and change readiness activities.
