Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with process owners and domain experts to gather process information and model current processes using BPMN 2.0.
  • •Perform qualitative and quantitative process analysis, including value-added/waste assessment, RCA, cycle time calculations, and efficiency/capacity evaluation.
  • •Support process redesign by helping implement improvement measures focused on output, time efficiency, and execution cost.
  • •Monitor effectiveness of process changes by measuring KPIs, identifying adjustments, and supporting continuous improvement reporting/visual controls.
  • •Assist business process owners with continuous improvement tools such as Gemba Walks, fishbone analysis, Pareto analysis, and 5 Whys/Lean problem-solving methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum bachelor level degree with a postgraduate qualification in engineering, Software/IT, or CI or a related field (CI preferred).
  • •5–7 years of experience in business process analysis.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • •Experience with business process analysis and modeling using BPMN 2.0.
  • •Ability to use tools such as Miro, Lucid Charts, Visio, Power BI, and Signavio to support business process management.
