Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead resolution of complex employee relations issues with a proactive, fair approach, leveraging Labor Relations and Employment Law experts as needed.
  • •Provide consistent, high-quality HR support and ensure alignment across teams.
  • •Interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures for all levels of employees and support business mission and strategic vision.
  • •Build trusting relationships with leaders and employees, proactively identify themes, and recommend practical solutions.
  • •Partner with leadership to design and implement action plans addressing performance, culture, and operational challenges; use data and insights to solve issues in a matrixed environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Labor Relations or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant professional-level HR experience; HR experience with unions is a plus.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience conducting complex employee relations investigations.
  • •Experience in the content production industry is preferred.
  • •Master’s degree, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM Cert CP/SCP is a plus.
