Partner with HR leadership to resolve complex employee relations matters and deliver consistent, high-quality HR support across represented and non-represented employees. Serve as the interpreter and implementer of HR policies, build trusted relationships with leaders and employees, and use data to design action plans for performance, culture, and operational challenges. Lead recruiting strategy with Talent Acquisition, and drive strategic local and company-wide HR projects across the employee lifecycle.
