Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end Plant P&L, including product costing and flex/cost productivity, and spearhead profit planning and forecasting.
  • •Generate MIS and reporting business financials with variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • •Lead continuous improvement within the finance function and support inventory and cost control measures (warranty & E&O).
  • •Own account reconciliation processes, maintain plant general ledger integrity, and ensure training/oversight for finance personnel.
  • •Provide leadership for balance sheet review, transfer pricing reviews, and plant capital appropriation requests while deploying cost-saving programs to improve profitability.
