•Execute the business line and regional strategic plan to meet annual growth and retention KPIs.
•Lead business development and solicitation of new business within the local addressable market.
•Support sales team calls and lead recurring sales, pipeline, and portfolio management meetings with sales and credit.
•Structure, negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans and treasury products in line with bank policies.
•Manage and develop a team of lenders and analysts and represent the bank in community and civic functions.
