Originate mortgage loans in an assigned non-bank territory by taking applications, performing preliminary underwriting reviews, and submitting loans to processing and underwriting for approval. Ensure required documents for processing, underwriting, and closing are obtained timely. Actively solicit and make loan sales away from U.S. Bank locations, spending at least 50% of time in the field, while completing required NMLS registration steps.
