Solar Tech - Multiple Levels (associate and staff) (US)

Operate and maintain utility-scale solar PV and energy storage systems. You’ll monitor performance, perform planned and corrective maintenance, and handle advanced on-site and remote troubleshooting. The role includes balance-of-plant electrical work (e.g., switching and protection), warranty claim support, and creating/revising standard work procedures and lockout/tagout processes. Work both independently and collaboratively in the field, including emergency response readiness.
