Key Responsibilities

  • •Work at multiple locations to learn how restaurants operate day-to-day and build operational mastery
  • •Recruit, train, support, and empower team members to create Wing Shack guest experiences
  • •Mentor through a full-circle experience with Operations Managers and General Managers, and step into mentoring for others
  • •Support business decision-making and improve efficiencies through critical thinking and on-the-spot problem solving
  • •Help build community connections through marketing and community events/activations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years as a Team Lead or 1+ year as a Senior Team Lead/Assistant General Manager
  • •Must be 21+ years of age
  • •Kitchen operations experience including safe food handling, efficient workplace practices, and inventory management
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • •Strong management skills to run a shift effectively as the lead
