Key Responsibilities

•Incubate and launch new ventures by transforming validated opportunities into market pilots and securing lighthouse clients and approved business models.
•Architect governance, funding, and decision frameworks that enable R&D squads to ship milestones autonomously.
•Negotiate and integrate flagship advertiser partnerships into the core product experience to expand market positioning.
•Build and scale a high-performance venture organization by hiring and mentoring leaders and coaching managers.
•Drive venture P&L and playbook excellence through recurring data reviews and codified playbooks for high-leverage bets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience owning a multi-venture thesis in a hyper-growth environment, including disciplined scale/kill decisions.
•Expertise building high-velocity delivery engines that translate strategy into weekly execution plans using Lean Startup and Design Thinking.
•Deep understanding of AdTech/growth analytics systems, including LTV/CAC, retention, and incrementality, with privacy and compliance readiness.
•Experience negotiating complex commercial terms and representing the company with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
•Track record launching or scaling a major product in the Rewarded User Acquisition or fintech landscape.
