Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand the Women’s Dresses assortment by adding 75 new SKUs to site while meeting quality, margins, and ethics standards.
  • •Create and continuously refine a long-term product roadmap with clear category positioning, product segmentation, and strategic financial objectives.
  • •Partner with Product Development, Sourcing, and Technical Design to develop and improve products now and in the pipeline.
  • •Collaborate with Planning, Site Merchandising, and Marketing to acquire customers, improve conversion, and improve repeat.
  • •Drive business results toward sales targets, customer ratings/return rates, and improved margins while benchmarking competitive value.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 240,000

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of retail merchandising experience in Women’s apparel, preferably dresses.
  • •2+ years of people management experience.
  • •3 days per week in-office based in San Francisco, California.
  • •E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical, detail-oriented execution and data-tool use.
