Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Modify and adapt K12 curriculum to meet state content standards and individual student needs.
  • •Collaborate with general education teachers through individualized and small-group RTI interventions.
  • •Ensure RTI implementation, including progress monitoring, tier data collection, and guidance for identifying and grouping students needing additional help.
  • •Collect and maintain RTI data (eligible student lists and intervention plans) and support administrators and stakeholders on RTI issues.
  • •Educate parents on instructional strategies and provide ongoing RTI training/support to staff; travel up to 20% as required for professional development and testing.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 47,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and an active state teaching license.
  • •Florida 5 Year Professional Elementary Certificate AND Reading and ESOL endorsements.
  • •Ability to clear required background check.
  • •Ability to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data and use it for instructional decisions.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to adapt to new technologies and K12 systems.
