Job Summary

Develop and advise on global employee benefits strategies and policies aligned to client objectives. Benchmark and design benefit programs across APAC, including medical and risk insurance, expatriate benefits, and employee allowances. Lead M&A due diligence and integration efforts, deliver benefits data analytics advisory, and support health and wellness strategies. Collaborate with Global/Regional Sales on consulting opportunities and manage key client relationships while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop global benefit strategies and policies aligned with client business objectives.
•Benchmark, design, and implement benefit programs across APAC, including medical and risk insurance, expatriate benefits, and employee perquisites and allowances.
•Provide benefit funding and risk management solutions, including leading benefit technology solutions.
•Lead M&A due diligence and integration projects and deliver benefits data analytics advisory.
•Design and execute health and wellness strategies, support business development with Sales teams, and manage key client relationships while mentoring junior consulting staff.

Key Requirements

•Degree in any relevant discipline.
•At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in regional benefits and/or employee insurance consulting.
•Effective communication skills to liaise with senior management and multi-cultural stakeholders.
•Multi-country expertise in local market statutory, market practice, and best practice conditions.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
