Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical investigations into isolated or fleet-wide aviation performance/reliability issues, meeting tight timelines and presenting findings to executives.
  • •Build and maintain infrastructure, tools, processes, and custom software to assess Starlink aviation hardware performance and reliability.
  • •Apply data science and statistical inference to analyze data, build models, and improve customer experience and operational efficiencies.

Key Requirements
