Job Summary

Support BytePlus’s cloud business platform by partnering with sales, end customers, and service teams across end-to-end customer journeys. Create and maintain platform knowledge (docs, guidance, videos) and deliver training for internal and external users. Gather and validate functional requirements, then build project plans with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Drive alignment with business owners, engineers, and designers on prioritization and website changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operation support to sales, end customer, and service teams across end-to-end customer journeys to improve user acquisition and user experience (user center and product console).
•Develop and maintain platform knowledge materials (help documents, guidance, videos) and deliver training for internal and external users.
•Capture, consolidate, and validate functional requirements from different teams and users.
•Develop and maintain project plans for cross-functional resources, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
•Lead stakeholder alignment with business owners, engineers, and designers on prioritization and website changes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 3 years of working experience in product management.
•Experience analyzing business requirements and performing system design for cloud commercial supporting platforms (ordering, payment, invoice, contract, etc.).
•Proven product and project management skills.
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
•High written and oral fluency in Mandarin for close collaboration with product teams based in mainland China.
