Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to define UAT scope, objectives, and test scenarios based on business process flows.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and validate end-to-end workflows aligned to business expectations.
  • •Coordinate UAT execution with business users, provide support, and ensure critical scenarios and edge cases are covered.
  • •Document UAT results and feedback and obtain formal stakeholder sign-off.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve UAT issues with development and QA teams while maintaining clear documentation of tests, defects, and resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ADO, or similar.
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
  • •Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based testing cycles.
