Job Summary

Responsible for the logistics (delivery) performance of ASML’s supplier base in a high-tech, low-volume environment. Manages supplier performance, drives improvements (capacity, cycle time, risk), collaborates with supplier teams, quality, procurement and NPSC Engineers, and supports operational excellence initiatives with limited travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the logistics (delivery) performance for suppliers and their n-tier suppliers.
•Monitor and drive supplier logistics performance from incidents to structural improvement.
•Optimize supplier manufacturing processes by improving logistics, manpower and capacity sufficiency.
•Develop ASML technical competences (SPC, lean, FMEA, operational excellence) to support supplier excellence.
•Travel limited to the extent required by the assigned supplier base.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, business and supply chain management.
•5–15 years of relevant work experience in a similar role; experience with supply chain processes in production environments.
•Experience in improvement projects in supply chain, preferably in high-tech industry; experience in relationships with suppliers.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English; pro-active attitude and strong analytical skills.
