Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete close process, month-end review, and flux analysis for leases on a timely basis.
  • •Prepare and approve standard monthly reconciliations and journal entries to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • •Support monthly/quarterly lease reporting to corporate and maintain abstracted lease records in CoStar.
  • •Perform lease classification testing for new/modified contracts and assist with impairment trigger reviews and required entries.
  • •Liaise with auditors and ensure lease-related SOX narratives and control documentation, participating in self-testing to remediate control gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • •Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in leases and 2 years in a global organisation.
