Job Summary

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Binance’s global flagship events and smaller executive experiences, from concept through onsite operations and post-event reporting. Manage budgeting, timelines, production, venue, procurement, registration, logistics, and hospitality, while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Business Development, Legal, Security, Finance, and regional teams. Support virtual/webinar formats and drive process improvements across the Global Events portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Global Events Lead in delivering flagship events and strategic global initiatives.
•Independently lead smaller global programmes and executive experiences from concept through execution.
•Manage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, timelines, production, venue management, procurement, registration, logistics, hospitality, onsite operations, and post-event reporting.
•Lead multiple concurrent projects across different regions while maintaining execution quality and attention to detail.
•Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Business Development, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance; agencies, venues, suppliers) to ensure seamless delivery.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional event management experience, preferably leading international conferences and large-scale events.
•Proven ability to deliver complex events across multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.
•Exceptional project management and organizational skills to manage several high-priority projects simultaneously.
•Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and production partners.
•Fluent English (spoken and written) required; willing to travel internationally for approximately 30% of the time.
