Sr. Product Development Engineer - Mechanical Engineering

Lead mechanical engineering activities for the development and commercialization of advanced semiconductor packaging technologies. Drive mechanical work for new product introductions and next-generation packaging solutions from concept through qualification and production ramp. Collaborate with package design, thermal, reliability, manufacturing, and supplier teams; support OSAT partners; design tooling/fixtures/test hardware in SolidWorks; and perform root-cause analysis to improve yield and production readiness.
