•Responsible for commissioning, programming, setting up graphics, establishing communications links, and conducting end-to-end testing and servicing on assigned projects.
•Document point-to-point verification, validate sequences of operations, and complete job close-out requirements.
•Represent the company as the direct customer contact and perform installation repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Coordinate with team leaders and customers by examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work.
•Stay current on Trane products for installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of direct digital control systems; enforce safety and maintain security/accountability of assets.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
•Typically requires at least 7 years of experience in HVAC/Controls, with technical school or formal training preferred.

•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•Previous experience with DDC controls systems is preferred.
