Job Summary

Assist loan officers with gathering information and loan documentation to support commercial credit analysis, underwriting, closings, and ongoing loan file maintenance. Coordinate with loan operations to ensure accurate loan documentation, enter data into spreadsheets and bank systems, and prepare/verify key documents for lien perfection, exhibits, and draw requests. Answer client and internal inquiries, maintain credit files, review document exception reports, and complete required BSA/AML training.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with loan officers, customers, and others to obtain information and documentation needed for commercial credit analysis.
•Coordinate with loan operations to ensure accurate preparation of loan documentation.
•Assist loan officers with data entry into spreadsheets, analytical software, and bank data systems.
•Prepare and proofread loan documents (including lien perfection documents and loan exhibits) and support loan closings by verifying signatures and closing statement accuracy.
•Maintain credit files, assist with draw request documentation, handle loan processing/servicing inquiries, and review document exception reports for timely resolution.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Equivalent to a four-year college degree with 4 years related experience and/or training.
•4 years related experience plus 7–11 months related management experience (as described).
•Ability to read, analyze, and understand business/professional articles and communicate effectively with customers or employees.
•Ability to calculate financial figures and apply math concepts (percentages, ratios, proportions).
•Must complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
