Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily operation, maintenance, and engineering support of chemical systems to ensure safe and reliable fab production supply.
  • •Manage and develop the chemical operations and engineering team through coaching, performance expectations, and succession planning.
  • •Drive system reliability using predictive and preventive maintenance, redundancy reviews, spare part planning, and performance monitoring.
  • •Lead abnormal event response, root cause analysis, and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with Micron EHS policies and local regulations, manage contractors/suppliers, and oversee procedures, operation standards, training, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Extensive experience operating, maintaining, or engineering chemical systems in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing teams, contractors, or shift operations in a high-demand manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of chemical distribution systems, safety interlocks, equipment reliability, and operational risk management.
  • •Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
