Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement administrative processes, controls and approval mechanisms to ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • •Continuously monitor regulatory compliance and proactively respond to deviations.
  • •Serve as the central contact for data protection topics (DSGVO) and handle internal and external inquiries, supporting the implementation of data protection measures and maintaining relevant tools like OneTrust.
  • •Review customer, partner, and service provider contracts with the Director Operations to ensure compliance.
  • •Support and independently handle projects on legal questions in the compliance area without legal advice or assessment.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled student in a bachelor’s or master’s program (e.g., business administration, law or business law).
  • •General knowledge of legal questions.
  • •Interest in compliance topics, regulatory requirements, and payment systems/processes.
  • •Basic understanding of information processing, IT security, and data protection law.
  • •Good German language skills (C1) and proficient English (B2/C1).
