Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional engineering, research, technical program management, and product teams to deliver AI-powered products.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components such as foundation model training, LLM inference, agents, multi-agent workflows, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Build and optimize foundation model performance using optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput.
  • •Implement multi-model orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs, vector search, and domain-specific models into unified systems.
  • •Lead cost-performance governance reviews and design reviews, and mentor Principal/Manager-level AI engineers to raise organizational technical maturity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,800 - 286,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/AI or related fields plus 6+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s plus 4+ years.
  • •6+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.
  • •Experience leading development of AI systems with tradeoffs across cost, latency, throughput, and accuracy.
  • •7+ years deploying scalable, responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • •Experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting complex AI systems (e.g., LLM inference, similarity search, vector databases, guardrails).
