Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Postman’s most strategic enterprise accounts, guiding customers through every stage of the API lifecycle.
•Translate business drivers into actionable technical strategies, articulating API governance, onboarding, service discovery, and versioning strategies.
•Provide proactive advisory to promote best practices in API design, testing, monitoring, collaboration, and consumption at scale.
•Identify recurring usage patterns and unmet needs to influence Postman’s enterprise strategy, roadmap, and internal playbooks.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to drive renewals, expansions, and cross-functional adoption.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Consultant) with experience across multiple enterprises and multi-cloud/hybrid environments.
•Deep knowledge of the end-to-end API lifecycle including REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI/Swagger; API governance, lifecycle management, and security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API keys, SSO/SAML).
•Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) and DevOps/infra tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
•Ability to develop scripts/integrations using JavaScript or Python to enhance workflow automation and API validation.
•Strong business acumen with executive presence and a track record of guiding enterprise adoption of API platforms, measurable impact, and cross-functional collaboration.
