Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide families/care partners with access and affordability support for infigratinib in collaboration with Market Access, Training, and Brand Marketing.
  • •Compliantly ensure a positive patient journey by collaborating with all relevant BridgeBio stakeholders.
  • •Evaluate and implement family access opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
  • •Manage consented patient/family interactions with the hub, pharmacies, prescriber offices, and support organizations, including missing information follow-ups.
  • •Own the ForgingBridges support program relationship: onboard families, manage status changes, ensure business rules compliance, report key insights, and attend advocacy events as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, with patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Must have experience working with patient support programs (e.g., copay and cost sharing programs) and hub models for medical/pharmacy benefit products.
  • •Ability to navigate specialty market and reimbursement/access challenges, including OIG/CMS/legal guidelines for offering patient support programs.
  • •Excellent analytical skills to develop sound strategies and tactics for patient access.
