Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, supervise, develop and mobilize the teams to ensure effectiveness and achievement of department financial targets.
  • •Ensure preventive maintenance implementation and weekly maintenance calendar execution.
  • •Drive equipment performance and safe implementation of the maintenance schedule.
  • •Resolve operational issues to accelerate resolution by prioritizing plant needs.
  • •Participate in operational meetings and field routines (Gemba, inter-team meetings) and monitor technical performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •DEC technique in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent
  • •Demonstrated experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment with deep mechanical/electrical expertise; knowledge of the food industry is a plus
  • •Fluency in reading technical documents/plans in English and able to converse in English with US-based KH plants
  • •Experience with preventive maintenance management systems
  • •Proficiency with MS Office tools
