Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the deal calendar and milestone tracking across a portfolio of concurrent acquisitions from signed LOI through closing.
  • •Coordinate between Corporate Development, internal partners (e.g., Legal, Real Estate, Integration) and external third parties to keep diligence workstreams on schedule.
  • •Maintain open-items lists per transaction by tracking outstanding requests and chasing responses to prevent delays.
  • •Review and summarize third-party diligence reports (e.g., environmental, title, quality of earnings) to flag potential issues for the deal lead.
  • •Use AI-assisted tools to summarize reports, prepare status updates, streamline deal processes, and support handoff to the integration team.

Key Requirements
