Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key financial and strategic thought partner to AMER go-to-market sales teams on pricing deals at scale and strategic deals.
  • •Define and implement pricing and margin guidance and identify levers for financial uplift.
  • •Develop and refine frameworks to evaluate a deal’s attractiveness, aligned with the long-range plan and cross-functional partners.
  • •Maintain pricing benchmarks and contribute to analytical design and production efforts to enhance pricing philosophy.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in finance or deal pricing, or experience in investment banking or management consulting.
  • •Ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners through influencing and awareness.
  • •Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and drive results with limited supervision.
  • •Excellent financial modeling skills plus strong verbal and written communication.
  • •Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership (preferably with go-to-market partners).
