Senior Project Manager to lead global projects within Percepta's Global Project Management Office (GPMO). Remote position with potential travel. Manage medium-to-large projects in a Contact Center/Automotive context, drive governance, staff projects, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and mentor project teams across virtual environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead medium-to-large, complex projects (often parallel) with accountability for schedule, scope, budget and quality.
•Maintain project governance, act as central point of contact for clients and internal teams across PMOs.
•Staff projects effectively by determining structure and allocating resources; coach and mentor team members on project management practices.
•Create and maintain comprehensive project plans (WBS, Gantt) to ensure quality deliverables and alignment with client goals.
•Identify, track and mitigate risks; manage changes to avoid scope creep and ensure successful project delivery.
