  • •Build and implement long-term global capacity strategy supporting Cisco’s Silicon One business worldwide.
  • •Translate business plans, product roadmaps, and customer demand into capacity requirements and guide long-range reservation, allocation, and investment decisions.
  • •Lead scenario modeling and risk analysis across wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, substrates, assembly, and test operations to identify constraints and evaluate alternatives.
  • •Accelerate AI-enabled planning adoption using automation, predictive analytics, real-time insights, and scenario-based decision support.
  • •Lead and inspire a distributed global team, partnering with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders across regions and time zones.
