Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships with brand partners to understand priorities, risks, and plans, translating updates into ECM team activities.
  • •Consolidate inputs across ECM teams and data sources to prepare monthly business unit share-outs for stakeholders.
  • •Partner with Business Development leadership to prepare monthly eCommerce performance reporting, highlighting key drivers, drags, and implications.
  • •Develop sales materials supporting customer marketing and retail media initiatives, partnering with Sales Operations and BU Sales Strategy to commercialize in-store merchandising vehicles.
  • •Connect brand marketing to retail execution by managing retail extensions, activations, sales communications, timelines, and feasibility for on-time delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing strategies in eCommerce, customer marketing, retail media, or a related creative/commercial field, preferably in CPG.
