Key Responsibilities

  • •Publish supply responses for customer demand, backlog, factory plans, material plans, die mix plans, and inventory replenishment strategies.
  • •Manage and communicate supply risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders and business processes.
  • •Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to drive execution and resolve urgent action items.
  • •Position supply and inventory strategically to support revenue objectives and customer requirements.
  • •Develop and apply understanding of demand management, S&OP, inventory management, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, with no more than two years since graduation, or equivalent experience.
  • •Internship, academic project, or professional experience in supply chain management, operations, manufacturing, or related areas.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis, planning tools, and ERP systems.
  • •Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and planning concepts.
  • •Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
