Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments, partnering with a Deployment Strategist to take real customer challenges from architecture through production launch. Own end-to-end technical components, including prompt and tool-calling intelligence, integrations, and data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks. Track performance with dashboards and KPI reporting, collaborate with customers and partners, and ship measurable outcomes from day one.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, co-building with a Deployment Strategist for production from day one.
•Develop agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using an Agentic AI platform.
•Build and maintain end-to-end components from architecture choice to deployed, validated, observable production.
•Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including modeling and validation.
•Create performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes, and contribute to POCs and MVPs that ship quickly.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including explaining prompt failures and improvements.
