Key Responsibilities

  • •Delivery of the CQ-9B Tactical Coordinator (TACCO) course incorporating theory, synthetic and live flying phases.
  • •Provide TACCO subject matter expertise (SME) support to the joint Pilot and Sensor Operator (SO) CQ-9B course.
  • •Provide oral and written SME to other members of the CAE Mission Crew Instructor cadre.
  • •Ensure delivered training is consistent with training objectives and teaching points in the training plan, per applicable training standards.
  • •Deliver synthetic and live training using complex simulators and scenario generation systems, and the live aircraft.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as a TACCO instructor, preferably on the CP-140, but other Canadian maritime platforms will be considered.
  • •Formal training in Instructional Techniques.
  • •Anti-surface Unit Warfare and Search and Rescue experience.
  • •Weaponeering effects delivery experience.
  • •Link-16 experience.
