•Lead performance evaluation, development, and objective-setting processes, identifying talent gaps and proposing scalable solutions
•Diagnose organizational climate and implement action plans with rigorous results tracking
•Build and manage People dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, productivity, engagement) and present insights to senior leadership
•Manage labor relations, including individual and collective negotiations, and advise senior leaders on strategic staffing decisions

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in similar roles
•experience managing unions and labor law in Argentina
•experience staffing large-scale operations with direct responsibility for staffing indicators
•ability to read and interpret People data for decision-making with dashboards and KPIs
•experience managing labor budget and cost-benefit analyses
