Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead document management for assigned work areas and projects, coordinating with other disciplines and interfaces to meet schedule and budget.
  • •Develop document management execution plans and work instructions aligned to client requirements and McDermott standards, including EDMS setup for compliance.
  • •Supervise document management personnel, provide feedback, manage staffing plans and costs, and ensure corrective actions for progress/productivity.
  • •Act as project-based point of contact for document management in communications and meetings with customer and external parties, facilitating technical information flow via EDMS.
  • •Prepare and issue project document status reports (including master document register), support audits, deliver handover/turnover information, archive records, and capture lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (any stream) or equivalent diploma, preferably in Computer Science.
  • •10-15 years minimum document management experience with a major contractor or consultant.
  • •Strong knowledge of EDMS software plus MS Office and Adobe, including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • •Working knowledge of industry-used EDMS tools and experience across onshore and offshore operations.
  • •Certified iDocs Trainer (preferable).
