Key Responsibilities

•Understand the product, business model, and financial outlook and build deep organizational understanding.
•Equip product managers and department leaders with monthly insights on business trends.
•Support short- and long-term financial plans, assist in financial reporting and KPI variance analysis, and help drive key strategic initiatives.
•Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate financial models, including annual budgets, forecasts, and consolidated cash flows.
•Build KPI frameworks, analyze product line performance, and support high-impact decisions including go-to-market strategy, partnership negotiations, and potential M&A.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or another quantitative field.
•Two or more years of relevant industry experience with financial modeling (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corporate finance).
•Highly analytical mindset with the ability to execute complex financial modeling, analyze raw data, and draw clear conclusions.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
•A team-player mindset with a desire to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
