Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and drive new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to install products.
  • •Ensure certification templates align with BKMs and installation procedures.
  • •Coordinate I&W spending and drive data-driven improvements to CE productivity, installation productivity/quality, and reduction of install complexity.
  • •Lead Productivity DT (Digital Tools) field implementation and adoption, defining solutions for iTeam HVP with SBU/DEG and BU/SBU/DEG.
  • •Partner with Quality & Reliability on Top Field Issues, participate in/own CAPA processes, and collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve issues and improve build/test and product final test practices.
